I have searched ebay and found cathedral veils for very cheap ($50.00) is this too good to be true and too cheap and not good quality. Need to know whatever else paid to compare. Thanks!

I paid $100 for my veil (elbow length) and if I purchase the headpiece that I currently love, I'll pay $145 for it.

$11 for elbow length veil on ebay (anxiously waiting for delivery) and i think around $30 something for my headpiece... i don't remember exactly. (also ebay)
thinking of getting another 'just in case' tiara if i can find a cheap one on ebay.

veil was free (included with my dress) and so was the tiara, but then I bought another one off ebay for 25 dollars!
They both looked lovely, so you dont always have to spend a lot!

I paid almost $300 for my tiara and my veil cost $220... lucky for me, my tiara was a gift bought by my MOH and my veil was paid for by my mother...
I guess I should've searched around more though

My veil is $400 - it's a Mantilla so no comb or anything - I have to find something for it (was thinking hair pins instead of a tiara or comb. who knows).
If you can return the ebay veil if you don't like it, then I say go for it - what have you go tto lose?! Personally, I hate veils - I find them constricting and uncomfortable...but I fell in love with the mantilla that goes with my dress - it's English netting so it's much softer than tulle.

I got my tiara from Patchogue Floral for $12. It all pearls and very simple.
I just ordered my veil. Fingertip length, it was $95. I got that from the woman my mother works for Lace House Bridals

I second Lace House Bridals as a great place to shop for a tiara (as well as other wedding supplies). The tiaras there are beautiful and well priced for the quality, I saw some for $60ish -$130ish - a very nice selection! The woman who works there, Penny, is such a sweetheart!
Unfortunately, like Eroxgirl, I ended up falling in love with and buying a waaaay too expensive tiara elsewhere! They threw in the veil (2 tier, a blusher and fingertip) for free. But's it's still too much! I'm too embarrassed to even post what I paid!

My headpiece was $495 and the veil was $275 (2 tiered with swarovski crystals and satin corded edges)
