I just got back from my appointment with Duets and the package is so great that it almost seems to good to be true. I know that many of you have booked Duets, but has anyone already used them AND received their video and album? I would like to know if you/they are satisfied with the services/products they provided. Were they professional? Did they know what they were doing? Did you have to tell them what to do? Were they easy to communicate with? How would you rate them? Could you post some pics? Tell me everything!!!

the reason why they are currently low price is because they are a fairly new company, i think a couple of girls posted that the understanding english wasnt the best but that was all

Fm littlecat. She used them and her pics looked excellent. That is why Danielle and I decided to use them for our wedding.

We really liked Kim's pics. They've been around for a few years. Part of the reason I think the price is so low is because they care about the bride and groom, not so much the bottom line. Unlike some other studios I went to, their store front isn't showy so their overhead is less. Here is the link to the official thread so you can read what other people have said.
