The LIWedding.com family would like to extend their congratulations to Melissa Kopacska and Oscar Reyes on their engagement and upcoming wedding. The couple from Port Jeff Station were engaged on May 2005 and plan a May 2007 celebration at Villa Lombardis. Our first 'Fine Dining' meal. Oscar didn't tell me where we were going only that I needed to dress up. I suppected but laughed it off with my mom and headed out. Drinks, apps dinner:NOTHING. Needless to say I was very disappointed. Food was amazing and I was stuffed. Oscar asked if I wanted dessert and I said yes ( of course) . My Creme Bruele. He leans over and tells me he loves me, he's always loved and he will continue to love. I laughed and kissed him. Our waitress came out, just about threw the dessert on the table and ran away. I was so taken with her behavior that I didn't even look at the dessert, asking Oscar if he thought everything was ok. He shook his head and laughed at me. Then I looked down to see a beautiful ring wrapped around the strawberry on top of my dessert. I was so crying so hard I missed all of the words he was saying. So happy I forgot to eat dessert! Melissa is a pro marketing red and daughter of Frank and Jeanne Kopacksa. Oscar, is a chef. We wish them all the best.
