We would like to Congratulate Rafaela and Frank on their engagement and walk toward marital bliss.
Frank proposed just two days shy of the couples 5-year anniversary stating that he didn't want Refaela to wait for the five-year mark.
Rafaela, a teacher, is the daughter of Paulo Dias Lucia Maria Maia of Tannersville, PA. Frank, a residentail installation manager is the son of Frank and Kathllen Lewiki also of Tannersville PA>
A March 25, 2007 celebration is planned at the Floral Terrace.
