Congratulations and best wishes to Miriam C. DeLuca and Frank J. McGovern and to their respective families, Bartolomeo and Miriam DeLuca and Frances McGovern. The happy couple, a registered nurse from South Ozone Park and a Product Design Artist from New Hyde Park were engaged on June 17, 2006 at Poconos Ceaser's Palace. The Proposal and the ring were presented as a surprise. Frank, put together a scrap book of our first year together as a couple and in the end of the scrap book, beautifully and artfully displayed was the question and the perfect ring! They look forward to an October 2007 celebration at Leonards of Great Neck We wish them all the bes.
