Long Island Engagement Announcements

Wishing Christen and Eric all the best on their recectn engagement and impending wedding. The happy couple, a Diamond Sales professional and a New York City Fireman were engaged on July 23, 2006. Eric handed me a card with a map inside that said 'pack your bags we're going somewhere hot'. He took me to Arkansas (which was 108 degrees that week) where he had 5 days planned, we went to the Botanical Gardens, swam in the Little Falls, went to art galleries and then finally he took me to the Crater of Diamonds State Park where we were covered in dirt mining diamonds. After mining all morning and not finding anything, I got up and saw something sparkling in the dirt I ran over to it and pulled it out of the ground it was a huge diamond paper weight, by the time I turned to him he was down on one knee in the dirt with the ring box in his hand. They look forward to a June 2007 celebration. We wish them all the best.
