Out best to Stephenie and O'Neal the children of Ms. Nellie Stevenson and Mr. George Frazer and Mr. and Mr.s O'Neal and Elizabeth Williams respectively.
The two, a School Aide Supervisor and a Technician, both from Brooklyn were engaged on August 4, 2006.
It started off as a conversation that lead to us both saying that it was time to tie the knot.
The couple looks forward to a July 2008 celebration at the Hope Christian Center.
