Best of Luck to Jennifer D. Vicinanza and her faince Thamas A. Wilbur Jr. on their recent engagement. The happy couple, a graphic designer and daughter of Marie and Joseph Vicinanza from Lindenhurst and a technician from Islip wer officially engaged on September 1, 2006 while in Washington D.C. We had traveled to D.C. for a mini vacation and to also visit the places we had missed on a previous trip. We had arrived the day of a hurricane and were stuck indoors most of the day but we made the best of the situation by renting movies. Later on that night Tom couldn't wait any longer and popped the question. I of course said yes! The two are planning an October 2007 celebration. We wish them all the best.
