On February 9, 2007 in Punta Cana Mark asked me to be his wife. Mark set up a romantic dinner on the beach. It was beautiful meal with our own private waiter and at at end of it all, Mark got down on one knee and asked me to marry him. The ring is beautiful but we couldn't see it clearly due to the darkness so we were holding it over the candle. The night was perfect, when we went back to our upgraded oceanview honeymoon suite (Mark at work again getting the free upgrade) they had rose petals put out all over the room, including the jacuzzi on the balcony! It was a beautiful night and the rest of the vacation was heaven. I am so excited that it is official and confirmed what we've known since the day we met - we're going to spend the rest of our lives together.
The happy coule engaged on February 9, 2007 looks forward to a June 2008 celebratory event.
