Congratulations and best wishes to Bianca Booker and Kevin Smith and to their parents: Mr. and Mrs. John R. Sommons; and Ms. Margaret E. Smith and Mr. Richard H. Smith.
the two, a Teacher and a Locksmith, both from Richmond Virginia were engaged on June 1, 2007 in their new home.
'Kevin drove to my father's house to ask for my hand in marriage. When he returned home he bowed on one knee, took my hands in his and gently kissed them, then asked me 'Bianca Booker, would you do me the honor of becoming my beloved wife?' I then properly shouted 'YES!!' The next day we went to Jared Galleria of Jewelry where I selected and he purchased my engagement ring. It is a past, present, and future ring with three tiered emerald cut diamonds.'
They look forward to an April 26, 2008 celebration in Fort Lee, Viriginia.
