Congratulations and best wishes to Laura Mirabella and Peter Laudicina and their families: Patricia and John Mirabella; and Lorraine and Anthony Luadicina. The happy couple, a Tanker Broker for Charles R. Weber from Bay Shore and a Project Manager for Computer Associates from Smithtown were engaged on August 31, 2007 in The Bronx. 'Peter had flown down to Florida a few weeks before the night he proposed to ask for my parents blessing. He surprised them unannounced and made my parents so happy! A few weeks later the ring arrived in the mai... .and Peter said he simply couldnt wait to propose to have me as his fiance. That day he said his jaw was sore because he was smiling all day at work thinking about proposing to me. I came home to find him dressed up standing in our living room, candles lit, place was immaculate, champagne, he said beautiful things to me and got down on his knee and proposed and made me the luckiest woman in the world.' They look forward to an October 2008 celebration. We welcome them to our family and wish them all the best.
