Congratulations and best wishes to Jennifer Miata and Jonathon Castle and their familie3s: Diane and Robert Miata; and Shelley Cataldo andj Scott Castle. The happy couple, a First Grade Special Education Teacher from Seaford and a COO of Elegant Affairs Caterers from Seaford were engaged during a Manhatten Dinner Cruise on November 24, 2007. ' Jon told me to get my nails done on Saturday, November 24th. Then he told me we were going to go out to dinner and then stay at his father's house afterwards. He told me to dress nice for dinner and that he would be in a suit, and to be at his house at 4:00. When I showed up to his house there was a town car waiting in the driveway. I was a little confused to what was happening but we got in the car and started driving. We drove into the city and dropped our things off at the Empire Hotel and proceeded to get a slice of pizza since we had time to kill before our dinner reservations (and we were starving). Afterwards, the driver drove through Times Square and we ended up on the west side at Pier 81. We got on the World Yacht and had a dinner cruise around Manhattan. We went outside to see the sights and came back in to eat dinner. Jon asked me to go back outside after dinner and the wind was blowing all over in the front of the boat so we went to the back. No one was around and after taking in more sights Jon got down on his knee and it's all history from there....... They look forward to an August 23, 2008 wedding at St. Frances De Chantal. We would like to welcome them aboard and wish them all the best.
