We are happy to announce the engagement of Caitlin Hauptman and Michael Trahan Jr. and to extend our congratulations to their families: Steve and Chris; and Mike and Kathy.
The two, a Retail Manager/Graduate Student and a New York City Firefighter, both from Ridge were engaged on March 8, 2008 at the Bride's place of employment.
'After picking up the ring in the city with his sister, Mike was unable to wait even a few hours. So, he went straight to where Cait works, where he got down on one knee in the middle of the store and proposed marriage. Coworkers and customers applauded the happy couple
The happy couple looks forward to a November 21, 2009 celebration.
