Ken and Joanna had their first date on July 18, 2009, and they say their lives have been permanently changed for the better since that wonderful day.
Their attempts at 'taking it slow' failed miserably because they just wanted to spend all of their free time together. The week after their first date, they found a way to meet for lunch or dinner every day because they just clicked so well. Everyone at their jobs asked them what was going on because they simply could not stop smiling.
Ken proposed on July 4, 2011. Joanna loves fireworks, and now has a permanent sparkler on her hand! The proposal was a complete surprise for Joanna and she was speechless. Although Joanna knew very much that she wanted to spend the rest of her life with him, the ring was a total shock!
They are getting married on September 14, 2012.
