Kerri Kankula & Chris Ingwersen

I would like to announce the engagement of Kerri Kankula of Northport, NY to Christopher Ingwersen of Huntington, NY. Kerri is an office manager at a dental office in Huntington and Christopher is an attorney and also the Captain of Cold Spring Harbor Fire Department.
The happy event took place at the Huntington St. Patty's Day parade on March 9, 2008. He got down on one knee as all the fire truck sirens went off and everyone was cheering. Both family's were able to be present to witness this event. Kerri was completely surprised. Chris had been planning this for 6 months.
Wedding plans are for June of 2009.
