Long Island Engagement Announcements

We are happy to announce the engagement of Kimberly Bancke and Thomas Waterbury and to extend our congratulations to their families: Keith and Marianne Bancke; and William and Rosemarie Waterbury. The two, a Medical Assistant from Commack and a Project Manager from East Islip were engage on top of Rockefeller Center on March 15, 2008 'It was a romantic day in the city, we checked into our room at the Hemsley Hotel and then walked around the sea ports, had lunch in times square, shopped down 5th Ave, got ready for our amazing dinner at Bar Americain(Bobby flays place), after dinner Tom asked if I wanted to goto Top Of The Rock to see the view of the city, so of course we went. After being there for about an hour and seeing every possible breathtaking view of Manhattan we took a seat on a bench facing the Empire State Building and thats when Tom asked me to marry him. I cried and said yes. And called my parents right away to tell them the news (they already knew it was happening) I couldnt even get words out of my mouth all I did was smile and cry. It was the most amazing night ever! ' They look forward to an April 30, 2010 celebration at Chateau La Mer. We wish them all the best.
