Long Island Engagement Announcements

We are happy to announce the engagement of Vivian Pham and Victor Irizarry and to extend our contratulations to their respective families: The Pham & Minhtam Le; and Elba Irizarry The two, a Respiratory Therapist and a Letter Carrier for The U.S. Postal Service, both from Brooklyn, were engaged on May 9, 2006 at Pho Viet Nam Restaurant. 'It all began the day of my graduation from LIU. Everyone (family, friends, relatives from far) came to my father's restaurant to celebrate my graduation. I was opening my graduation gifts and then the next gift was from him. It was a small box wrapped with a teddy bear. I open it and I saw an egg shaped box....and then all of sudden, he bend down on one knee and propose to me. I said ' Yes' . Everyone was clapping for us and we cannot wait to celebrate our lives together.' They look forward to a May 24, 2009 celebration at Jericho Terrace. We wish them all the best.
