Congratultaions, welcome and all the best to Tina and Victor and their families: Mario and Anna; and Anthony ad Anita.
The happy couple: a School Psychologist from Easton and an Attorney from Baltimore were engaged at Outer Banks, North Carolina on August 3, 2008 and look forward to a September 26, 2009 celebratrion.
