Congratulations, best wishes and welcome to Monica Rada and Jesse Atkins and their Families: Diane Rads-Banz and James Banz; and Lenore and Steve Atkins.
The happy twosome, an Underwriting & Accounting Professional and an Electrical Engineer, both from Bay Shore were engaged on Auguest 31, 2008 at Robert Moses Beach at sunst.
'He dragged me out to Robert Moses, field 2 for the second time that day. I didn't think anything of it due to the fact that we have come to just watch the sun set many times before. Not many people were there. We walked down to the water, our feet were touching the ocean. I turn to look at him & he has a box in his hand & he gets down on one knee. I had a big smile on my face & he proposed right there. It was very romantic, people were cheering'
They look forward to a February 14, 2010 wedding at St. Matthews Roman Catholic Church.
