Welcome and congratulations to Marisa Stella and Joe Greco and their families: Joe & Susan Stella; and Ann Marie Stella; and Joe & Mary Greco.
The happy couple: A Personal Assistant and a FDNY Professional from west Bablyon were engaged on April 17, 2009 in their kitchen.
'I came home that Friday night after a few pretty difficult days. Joe knew I was having a rough time and was being very attentive and supportive. He had been at work earlier and had been to a fire and I noticed that he was acting strange. I was wrapped up in my own little world and didn't really notice that he seemed very sentimental. So I turned my back to him to make dinner and he came up being me and I heard him say the words that I have been waiting for since we starting dating 3 1/2 years ago...'Will you marry me?' I whirled around and said 'What?!?!?!?!?' and there he was w/the box open and getting down on one knee asking again...'Will you marry me?' I starting screaming and jumped on him crying saying 'YES!!!!!!!!!!' over and over again.'
They look forward to a June 5, 2010 celebration.
