We are happy to announce the engagement of JoAnne to Thomas and to extend our congratulations to their respective families: James and Jane Carney; and Thomas and Dawn Soltan.
The happy Flushing twosome: An Executive Assistant & Part-Time Hairdresser and NYC Department of Sanitation Employee were engaged on April 13, 2009 on the way to Jamaica:)
