Long Island Engagement Announcements

Deciding to get married back in January on the fifth date of 2009, our formal engagement would not be until May. It was quite the surprise! On the day that he proposed, we walked around the mall and various other stores so that he could pass time. There was something on his mind or at least it seemed like and every time I would ask him about it, he would say everything was good. Well, as we were leaving the Target and shopping center, we were planning to go to Giant for some fish and fries or so I thought, when we stopped at a stop sign he asked if I wanted to go to Buca di Beppo--A lovely Italian restaurant in the local area. I was so surprised when he told the hostess that he already had reservations--still trying to figure out what was going on, I followed the hostess back to a table filled with our family and friends...it was at that moment that I realized that he was proposing on that day to me. It couldn't have been nicer or more meaningful. I am looking forward to my wedding. :o) Congratulations, welcome and best wishes to Beth Sudbury and Ed Kappenstein. The happy couple, engaged on May 16, 2009 looks forward to a June 3, 2011 celebration. We wish them all the best.
