Welcome aboard and best wishes to Kimberly J. Lobasso and Vincenzo Lupis Jr., and to their respective families: Michael J. and Ellen C. Lobasso; and Mary Lupis and Vincenzo Lupis Sr. The happy couple: An Agent Administrator and Telegrapher, both from East Norhtport were engaged on June 20, 2009 at Blackstones. 'We were celebrating 2 years of dating and the matre de came over while I was eating creme brulee with a complimentary box of BACI chocolates. My now fiance offered me a piece and as I opened the box in the center square was my engagement ring instead of a chocolate. I screamed then cried while he was on his knee. The whole restaurant clapped when I said yes!! They look forward to a May 15, 2011 celebration. We wish them all the very best.
