We are happy to announce the engagement of Karyn and Mike and to extend our congratulations to their respective families: Sal and Rita Rizzi; and Joe and Theresa Medea.
The happy couple, an Elementary Teacher and a Phys. Ed Teacher, both from flushing, got engaged on June 22, 2009 in a Candle lit bathroom.
'It was such a wierd place for a proposal but I was totally surprised. Luckily no one was caught with their pants down. Candles and diamonds can make any bathroom shine. Definitely a story for the books!'
They look forward to a November 20, 2011 celebration.
We would like to welcome them aboard and wish them all the best.
