Long Island Engagement Announcements

We are happy to welcome to our online family Sarah Barkoff and Matthew Palma and to extend our best to their families: Jerry and Merrilee Barkoff; and James and Cheryl Palma. The happy lovebirds: A Hair Stylist and a Medicl Student were engaged at The Plaza Atenee in New York City on December 22, 2009. 'On December 22, 2009 Matt and Sarah got engaged! It all happened at The Plaza Athenee on the Upper East Side in New York City. Sarah thought she was going to meet Matt's family for dinner in the city for the holiday's, but instead after a phone call from Matt, she was redirected to meet him at the hotel. Without suspecting anything, Sarah walked up to room 907 where she found Matt waiting in a room full of pink roses with their favorite song playing, Israel Kamakawiwo'ole's 'Somewhere Over The Rainbow'. With that, Matt proposed and the rest is history! ' They look forward to a July 9, 2011 ceelbration. We wish them all the very best.
