Long Island Engagement Announcements

It happened this past Easter 4.4.2010 Chris planned the cutest proposal ever!!! Every year at his parent's home we have a big family get together and we set out hundreds of eggs for the children to find. This year my Chris had his little sister hand me a pink plastic egg and she said 'This is for you!' I opened it up ...and inside was a note with a riddle, the note gave me a clue and sent me on a treasure hunt throughout his house finding clues that all had to do with things about our past years dating. Finally the last clue was a photo of my soon to be fiance sitting on the swing in his backyard. In the photo was a big golden egg above him on the swing, I quickly ran outside to find him on that swing and there he was waiting for me with that golden egg right with him. All our family was watching as I opened the egg and found a ring box. The ring box was empty and I said,'What is this?' then, he got down on one knee and asked THE question!! I said YESS!!!, as everyone watching threw confetti on us. And the rest is history!!! So creative and memorable!!! Congratulations, welcome and best wished to Nicole and Christopher. The happy couple, engaged on April 4, 2010 looks forward to a June 16, 2012 celebration. We wish them all the very best.
