Congratulations and all the best to Katrina Javal and Kevin Laino and to their respective families: Arnel and Edna Javal; and Gullermo Laino and Loudes Bruzzo. The happy couple: A Graphic Designer and a Banker from Oceanside was engaged on July 18, 2010 at 56th and 6th in front of the LOVE sculpture. 'kevin had been acting weird all day, and after much protest i finally agreed to go to dinner in the blazing, hot heat that is the city. on our way to dinner, he planned it so that we would pass by the love scuplture on 56th street. he knew how much i loved the scuplture in philadelphia, so i was super excited to see the one in the city. again after some complaining (on my part because i was hungry haha) we decided to take a picture in front of our beloved scuplture. after taking the picture i started going through my camera and out of the corner of my eye i saw him get down on one knee. i suddenly looked up and screamed 'Oh my god!' i heard him say 'babe, i've loved you from the moment i first met you...' and the rest was tuned out by my sudden burst of tears. he showed me the ring and proposed, i continued crying and all i heard is 'soooo is that a yes?' after i finally stopped crying, i accepted, and thus it became one of the happiest days of my life' They look forward to a Novermber 18, 2011 celebration at the woodlands at Woodbury.
