The happy NYC couple: A Catering and Conference Services Professional and a Director of Rooms at The Surrey, were engaged in Valley Stream on July 17, 2010.
'Eric arranged for both of our familes and a few family friends to be waiting in the backyard at his parents home in Valley Stream. My family is from Wisconsin so I certainly wasn't expecting them! I was under the impression Eric was working in the city and I was doing family things with his mom! Well when I walked into the backyard, he got down on one knee in front of everyone and asked me to be his wife!!!! '
They look forward to an October 2, 2011 celebration at Westbury Manor.
