The two: a Law Student and a Military Officer, both from Panama City Florida were engaged at the Olive Garden on February 14, 2010.
'We were going out to eat like any other night when he took me out. io didnt know it was coming didnt even think he was going to do it for a while longer. We got to our dinner and he started telling me how much he lived me and all the sudden there it was. i lioved it i cried and said yes'
