On February 13th, 2011, James took Jill out for a Valentine's Day dinner at one of her favorite restaurants, Gasho's. He fabricated a story to get her to leave the dining area for a moment. When she returned, she noticed something under her menu. There she found the heart shaped rock he had given her earlier in their relationship, engraved with JDO loves JMD.
Jill thought that was her Vday surprise when James directed her to the other side of the rock, where the words 'Will you marry me?' were engraved. Of course she said yes.
After 3 years together, the couple cannot wait to start planning their lives together.
The wedding date is yet TBD!
