Long Island Engagement Announcements

Abby and Adam met over a year ago at a mutual friend's housewarming party in Bayville in February 2010- and went on their first date the day before Valentine's Day! Adam was just returning back home to Bay Shore from living in Los Angeles for over 8 years, where he was in video game production. Now he is a full-time student studying to be a Social Worker and pursue his true passion in life- helping children. Abby is currently employed at an large international non-profit in Brooklyn as the Director of Development and Communications, and is a soon to be Suffolk County resident! Adam proposed over a perfect dessert of Cannolis and Champagne at the end of a casual Saturday lunch at the couple's favorite Italian restaurant in Deer Park on a beautiful sunny afternoon. The couple couldn't be more excited to be getting married in 2013 and begin the next chapter of their life together!! Welcome aboard and congratulations to Abby Schuman and Adam Grodin. The happy couple, engaged on May 7, 2011 looks forward to a June 1, 2013 celebration of love. We wish them love, joy and continued happiness.
