Jason and Kacey first took a trip to Key West, FL together in March 2010. Although Jason had previously visited Key West, and always talked about how great it was, it wasn't too long after their first few hours there that Kacey instantly fell in love with the island as well. It was a great trip and they left Key West knowing that they would soon be back! When planning a short vacation for May 2011, there was no question that Key West would be the place once again...with Jason all the while knowing that this would be the place he would propose. On their second night of the trip Jason and Kacey headed to Mallory Square to attend the famous Sunset Festival, and watch the amazing Key West sunset...known to be the most beautiful sunset in the world! While there, they enjoyed their favorite mojitos in Key West from the 'Mojito Man', and found a spot to themselves on the pier, while watching the sunset. It was during this time that Jason proposed!
