Congratulations and welcome to Felicia Spinelli and Thomas S. Bilka Jr. and an extended congratulations to their respective families; Genine and Joseph Spinelli; Joanne and Thomas Bilka. Felicia, a teacher from Centereach, and Thomas, a chef from East Patchogue, were engaged on December 31, 2011 at Felicia's house.
'Felicia wanted an Iphone. Thomas gave her a bag and told her that this gift was supposed to come for Christmas, but it didn't come in time, so open it now. She opened the bag and saw the Iphone box and got so excited thinking it was an Iphone. Thomas took the box from Felicia, opened it, got down on one knee, and all our family that was around started screaming. Thomas asked Felicia to marry him and she said yes.'
The happy couple is excitedly anticipating their May 10, 2014 celebration of love.
