A warm welcome and congratulations to Jocelyn and Josh, and an extended congratulations to their respective families; Ana and Ramon; and Isabel.
Jocelyn and Jose were engaged on June 21, 2011 while on the Long Beach boardwalk.
Jocelyn was so surprised when he proposed, it was completed unexpected. It was wonderful and exciting, though.
The happy couple is excitedly looking forward to their May 27, 2013 nuptials at The Swan Club.
