Long Island Engagement Announcements

We would like to welcome and congratulate Amber Killeen and Nicholas DiNozzi, and extend our congratulations to their respective families; Linda and Anthony Killeen; Anna and Nicholas A. DiNozzi. Amber, an elementary school teacher from Selden, and Nicholas, a physical education teacher from Islandia, were engaged on August 16, 2012 at Sunken Meadow Beach. 'Nick planned a perfect picnic dinner on the beach at sunset! He did such a great job packing everything we needed for our picnic! He even included much needed bug spray! It was a beautiful evening, we had eaten our meal and played a card game when he asked me if I wanted to see the surprise he brought! I thought it was dessert, which would have been a perfect ending, but it was a million times better! That's when he told me I'd make him the happiest man in the world if I'd be his wife! He took out the gorgeous diamond and I gave him the longest hug with tons of kisses, after saying yes of course! Nick and I are high school sweethearts who have been dating for 7 years so we are not only lover's, but best friends as well! We are beyond excited to start this journey together and become husband and wife!' The happy couple is looking forward to their June 23, 2013 celebration of love at East Wind Caterers.
