A warm welcome and congratulations to Melanie Crivelli and John LaCascia, and an extended congratulations to their respective families; Lucille and Anthony Crivelli; Maria and Nicholas LaCascia. Melanie, a hair stylist from Selden, and John, a technology teacher from Bayshore, were engaged on July 7, 2012 on the Jones Beach bike trail.
'He took me for a sunset bicycle ride to Jones Beach. We were almost there when we collided into eachother other, both falling! We cleaned up, made it to the beach and had dinner. On the way back I wanted to get a shot of the beautiful sunset. As I turned around he was standing there with the ring and said 'Soo you wanna get married?' Of course I said yes and I guess you can say we both literally fell for each other!'
The happy couple is excitedly looking forward to their October 27, 2013 Larkfield Manor wedding!
