We would like to welcome and congratulate Jennifer and Philip! 'After nearly 10 years today, we are engaged! He proposed on the street where we had our first kiss as teenagers and gave me the most beautiful ring imaginable. We'll be married as high school sweetheart on August 10, 2013 and could not be more excited!'
