A warm welcome and congratulations to Natalie and Matthew on their recent engagement. An extended congratulations to their respective families, as well; Diana and Danny Ramnarain; Georgia and Chester Rose. Natalie, owner of Kiddie Academy from Levittown, and Matthew, a construction worker from Valley Stream, were engaged on October 26, 2013 at Lemon Leaf Grill. 'It was a Saturday night. Matt asked me if I wanted to go get pork chops at the Thai food restaurant that we love. As our dinner came to the end I had to use the bathroom. When I came back there was fortune cookies on the table. I proceeded to open the cookie and break it open. As I started to read my fortune in my cookie it said 'Will you marry Me'? I looked in disbelieve and just kept asking him is this for real. He just stared at me with a smile on his face and took out the ring and said will you marry me? Of course I said YES. I was in complete shock. I started to shake and got really hot. I was so nervous. We then went to my best friend Angela's house and we had a glass of champagne to celebrate.' The happy couple is looking forward to their April 18, 2015 wedding at Jericho Terrace.
