so its been exactly 2 months since my wedding. i have heard they are slow and it is weddding season. when can i start pestering them for proofs or at least my thank you design???
i am so anxious to see my proofs i just hope i don't look like a dork, i hate the way i look in pictures !!

i wouldn't bother them at all for at least 4 - 5 months - seriously....
They edit in the order that they shoot - so even though it's wedding season, you are still a higher priority than the weddings they are shooting now....no worries.
I hate the way i look in pictures - but i promise you - I LOVED my pictures!

OMG - mine still is and now it's the matter of having the money for the thank you cards! We had to go to a wedding in Novia Scotia (dave was IN the wedding)...so that killed our funds!

I got married the week before you and haven't heard from them either...if that makes you feel any better. I think after 3 months I might as for the thank you picture.

thanks.. i know it will be worth the wait but everybody is asking me for pics. could be worse, a friend of mine just got her proofs after a year.

be patient... they're worth the wait.

they do NOT take a year - so don't worry about that.
I would rather have to wait for quality for 4 months than have eh pictures at 2 weeks...

i got married in july and i got my proofs in october... its definately a painful wait but worth it!!! They do amazing work!

I got my pictures 4 months after the wedding. But about a month after the wedding, i asked if they can send me a couple of pictures so that I can start designing the thank you cards. (DH's cousin designed the thank you cards). They were accomodating and sent me 6 pictures.

mine took 5 months. it really soured my whole experience with them. my newly engaged sister just crossed them off her list.
i might feel differently if I REALLY loved my proofs, but I just 'like' them. Thank GOD for my awesome video, or I'd be pretty upset.
