1987 : I was 21 years old, a senior in college, had big big big permed hair and got engaged for the first time.

No internet back then to help plan a wedding.

Oh great, now I've got that song running thru my head.

I was in 7th grade in 1987 with a bad bi-level haircut that was really short....i was chunky...and pretty much could've been mistaken for a boy!!! Sorry no pics since digital cameras were a thing of the future!! now by 1989 I was transformed into a big haired hot babe, or so i thought by the expression in this pic..

That is great.

I was watching a countdown on VH1 of the top songs of the 80's. When this song came on one of the commentators said he imagined that this song was sung by a really handsome black guy with a really smooth voice he said he was so dissapointed to see it was a dweeby English boy.

I was 7 in 1987! oh how I miss those days!

have you seen the e-mail with a link to Rick Astley's video and when you try to click off of it, a text box pulls up w/ the lyrics, one line at a time, until you get through the whole song it doesn't let you close it, of course I got this AT WORK w/ the volume on, so on my floor of 100+ people everyone knew I was listening to Rick Astley at that moment! totallyyyyyyyyy embarassing!!! I was going to choke my friend that sent it to me b/c she purposely sent it to my work e-mail instead of personal, w/ a notation on it- make sure you have the volume on!
