1st Anniv. gifts (again) Opinions needed

Okay, so I've got until 7/28 but we decided that our plane tickets to Hawaii would be our 'big' paper present, but I still want something small that he can open on the actual day since we aren't leaving for Hawaii until 8/15.
How does this sound.... a personalized romance novel? They take our names, friends names, etc. and insert them into a cheesy novel. I saw a preview and thought it was funny... as something we can always look back on and laugh. Or is it really too cheesy? Opinions please... thanks!

What do they do with the cover? Can they impose yours & your DH's face over the fabio/damsel that are on a lot of those books??

Where do you order something like this? Do they have other types of books??

I got Rob tickets to a concert, so any type of tickets would work. I also got him lottery tickets, but we didn't win!
Our big gift to each other is Hawaii but that's not until October.

I was just wondering about this too, ours is in 22 dys and I have no idea what to give him to make it memorable. I was going to upgrade his wedding band to add diamonds, b/c he keeps wanting to wear mine. This is the man who did not even want a ring
