1st Anniv - We went back to where we tied the knot

We went back to the place where we got married and took a few pictures on the grounds where we tied the knot. (and walked down the aisle again!) It was nice just to walk around and relive what happened there one year ago....
:)
...and the year old cake was delicious !

We're on our second month anniversary but I can't wait for the first year. How did you keep your cake all this time? I have it in the freezer but I'm not sure how good it will be 10 months from now.

Thanks for sharing it sounds like you made another great memory.

I am married just one month. Yeah.

Part of me wishes we could go to John Anthony`s to celebrate our anniversaries with a dinner. But, like many places, they only do catering. I like your idea, and have been thinking maybe every few years we`ll go back to the deck of John Anthony`s and have some photos taken.

Congrats on your anniversary, and best wishes for many more! One of the sweetest things my new husband said to me, was on our honeymoon. He toasted us at dinner, and said, 'May we someday be the longest married couple out on the dance floor.' (We had done that game at our wedding).

I was hoping to eat at Flowerfield also, or even an affiliated restaurant, but they also do only catering. boo hoo!

The lady there told us that one couple, the guy had brought food with him there, and surprised his wife, when they just sat down and ate ! How cute!

Almost all are done. Just relatives overseas are left. (and they dont even know about the TY tradition, so they shouldnt be too upset ! we also had to order more ty's at the last minute...
