1st anniversary wedding cake
Our wedding cake had cream cheese frosting; and the caterer did NOT refrigerate it, and we brought it home after the wedding and concluded that after being unrefrigerated a whole day, cream cheese frosting would be BAD.
So, we didn't have our peice of cake![]()
Well, DH surprised me....we went out to celebrate last night, a day early, and he had the baker who made our wedding cake make an exact replica of the top tier of our cake !!!!!!
