What do I wear? Its at a catering hall in staten island at 1pm on sunday.

dress and high boots,
dress pants and a nice sweater...

anything daytime dressy and warm should be fine

Yeah, I wouldn't even bother with a dress. I'd wear boots and a sweater.

ETA: And pants, too. Or leggings.
