Well for our 2nd Anniversary, God willing....

WE ARE HAVING A BABY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I couldnt wait to share the news here !! I had to wait til my friend knew that visits these boards.
I didnt want her to find out from here and not from us...I am now 13 weeks along. I wanted to post here at 5 weeks !! The excitement cant be held in !!

So our first baby is due 5 days before our 2nd anniv. (Due Date Oct 3rd)
Needles to say, we are VERY EXCITEDDDD !

PS- My twin sis is also prego, but she is on baby#3, i have catching up to do!) but its pretty cool being prego together, and having a PRO MOM by my side :)

Any Hubby's out there still riding their motorcycles?e

Hubby just called and was on his way to look at a brand new Hyabusa..Susuki..fastest bike now on the street...he went down on his bike over a year and a half ago and thank god he was ok...it just stinks knowing they can kill themselves! Our deal is ok for bike until the kids come, then no more bikie! anyone else in the same boat>

Oh yes! I grew up on the back of my dad's Harley, so I can't complain. : ) It IS very risky, and when we have kids they will not be going anywhere near the motorcycle! Patrick used to be a Highway cop, so he went through NYPD motorcycle school and is a very safe and careful driver, but that
doesn't mean those around him are as well. : ( I'm sure your husband is careful... try not to worry, even though I know it's hard.

I REALLY think there should be a more GENERAL Long island message board for others, husbands, teens, moms, etc....
Ive seen longisland.com's boards, but they dont seem to be as populated and effective as this one...

I still think we need more boards after brides and newlyweds...it would cater to so many more people, and there would be all the more resource, info, first hand reviews on things, places, etc etc. (although I LOVE coming here and you gals are all SO GREAT !! )

I wanted to tell you this last week when you posted about baby names you liked. I also have a name that I like that DH made fun of. his name is John and he would love a little John. But it wouldnt be junior because I wanted to be more creative with a middle name (his is robert) i love the name Luciano, and he goes 'John Luciano ? Sounds like a mobster!!' so there goes that idea! I might have to save Luciano for boy #2 (if have 2 boys!) I actually would rather it as a first name ! HAH, my secret ! I also ADOREEE the name Anthony, so it might be John Anthony IF its a boy this time. girls name i havent thought about yet... nothing major that I Love...hmmmmmmm...
