$300 to fix my ring

I went to the jewelery store today and its going to be $300 to fix the dam thing !! I have a low setting so my wedding band is denting my prongs on my ER and if I leave it I will loose my diamond

I am sorry the money is worth not losing the diamond though

at least getting it fixed will make you feel better though...you won't have to worry about losing the diamond!!!
it still $ucks to have to spend that much money though

It just really stinks !! I think Im going to take it off until I can afford to get it fixed !! Christmas is right around the corner and with 3 kids to buy for now it definately isnt a good idea now

My uncle who is a vintage jewelry dealer (who is going to hep me get my new setting/ring when I am ready in a few years) was telling me how amazed he is that many girls have bad/wrong size/need more prongs in their ring for their diamond. Of course I will never have this problem until I switch the ring IoI

I would save up and not worry about it and wear your band for now. Its important but not that important when you have other stuff going on.
