OMG that is a lot!!!

seriously it is at the point where people are not spending and unfort. not saving enough money. Now its a paycheck to paycheck style of living for most middle class in this country.

It saddens me that so much is going down the pooper in this country and yet people are afraid of making the necessary changes in order to prevent this trend.

I mean think of it what manufacturing do we have here on a big scale that really gives people jobs, benefits, etc that is actually doing well? Now retail is going down the drain, food stores can't keep their prices low enough for consumers so they are not hiring new people and trying to force out old times to keep salaries low, etc. This country is going to seriously go into some hard times I see in the future.

Edited part: I do see some positive effect with less expansion with these stores. We don't need a home depot in every other town, or five supermarkets in one town. I honestly hate the fact we have the same setup town after town but the negative aspect as i touched above is the lack of jobs now because of it.

How is the negative? Does this make you sad, engraged? Are the remarks in my post offending to anyone? The same way a person can post about recipies, shoes, clothes, homes, DH's their weddings, child care, their jobs, communiting to work, the train, bus, stars, specific people and so forth. I can make a post about retail stores that are either looking to close some stores or are going out of business. With that said, I do think this post is negative.

I wouldnt have believed it if I didnt see the AOL site, but I was kind of wondering why the website looked, well kind of bare. They've been sending out alot of coupons too. I guess this is a good time to bulk up on clothes. I love the Motherhood store. When they have nice stuff for preggers, it makes me want another one. Dont let my DH hear that though.

Just too many stores all in one location so they are closing some of the stores itself. Alot of these stores listed are not going out of business.

The link said they might be closing some stores in areas where sales arent doing so well, The same was said about another store too. I guess to find out if its one in your area check the website. I can see why theyd close some Rite Aids though there are at least 3-4 in less than4 block radius in some neighborhoods its over kill.

Right, the stores arent closing ALL of their locations-just the ones that arent bringing in money...thats not so bad really in the grand scheme. ***** for those that will lose their jobs but youll still be able to find another location

The date, it's been moved up to 2009, were doing a destination wedding in Belize on my family property. I just havent had the chance to update anything on my profile.This is to re-new our vows, I believe it says that in my profile. Used this site to find out how to manage the whole wedding planning without pulling out my hair I'm already married for 7 years now. I figured most women in the 09 are single and planning different weddings than I am, so I didnt think I'd have much to contribute.Since I've got 7 years under my belt I just felt I'd have a better fit here.
