yeah that is how much it is costing me for bring my kitten to the animal hospital!! She cut her foot pretty bad and need Stitches. i couldnt get over all the charges they gave me!! i asked why so much and they said they charge double on what u would normally pay at ur vet cause it was an Emergency Im so mad right now cause thats a lot of freaken money


She is being worked on now and we should be able to pick her up in 2 hrs! I hope shes going to be ok!!

sigh... yeah, that's pet ownership.... I paid over 1k in bills when I adopted my cat 10 years ago. she was so sick but she got better and has been healthy ever since

OMG... that's crazy... but you know what.. I aid $200 bucks for my dog to get a shot of fluids when he had a bad attack of the poops earier this year... it's nuts

As for the $....tell me about it. Every time my cat farts i have to pay a few hundred dollars.

Sorry to hear about her injury and the expense. Yeah, it really stinks how much they charge. I've been there also.

my kitty is doing ok!! she cant walk on her paw she has a cast on its pink lol she has to take a lot of meds tho which stinks but she seems pretty happy!! i cant wait for her to get that cast off so she can play again!!! i am still in shock over the money we had to spend and they know u have no choice but to pay it its not like an owner is going to let its pet die or be hurt like that and wait it out!! i wish they had something so u can pay less oh well my kitty is ok so thats all that matters!!

I know how you feel, vet bills are so high and they seem to never end, animals are really expensive to take care of.

Sorry about your kitty and the expence. I don't know what type of vet you use but I just switched to a non VCA vet and am saving money. Plus my doggies will see the same 3 vets each time instead of new vets every 2 years where they were. I am not bashing the VCA vets. They saved my dogs life when I first got her. It was just not the right place for my fur babies.
