A little nervous about this pain

I hope this is not too much info but I will put it out there.

AF is due the 1st week in Sept usually my nipples hurt like a week or two before AF but this time I have a different pain and it is only on my left breast in one area and not the nipple.

Im scared.I keep doing self breast examinations and it seems to be okay I dont feel anything but I think I will call the doctor in the AM just to check it out.

I think you are right. Maybe im a little nervous because my mom's sister my Auntie was diagnosed with Breast Cancer a couple of months ago and now her doctor has told her that me and my mom may be at risk also and would like us to be checked out.

I can give you one small piece of advice. Pain is actually a good thing. Usually something serious doesnt hurt- you could just be sore from something and now that you are thinking about it, it might seem worse.

You're so right

Im not a doctor and can only speak from personal experience here, but I know my AF symptoms have been known to change over time.
I usually only get sore on one side before AF. My GYN told me that it is normal to be sore on the side that the egg is being released from. So one month I'll be extra sore on my left side and the next I'll be more sore on the right. It's been going on like that for years and the good news is while it's uncomfortable it's perfectly normal.
Just a few months ago I started getting headaches before AF which NEVER happened in the past and about 3 months ago was the first time I significantly noticed that I was bloated to the point where I couldn't button any of my clothes.
Could just be your symptoms changing.
