A Newlyweds Worst nightmare

Im in tears right now. I can't believe this. I called today to see if my video was ready only to find out my videographer had some kind of malfunction with his camera and there was no footage on the video. It sounds like a bunch of crap to me but Im too disturbed to figure it out.

He was great at the wedding and video everything. He even had a big monitor that showed what he was taping how could this be.

He states he will be returning my money in full but I don't have those memories I was so looking forward to seeing. Im so upset right now.

I'm so sorry sorry. Was there any family member with a video camera. Maybe you can have the non-pro footage edited and make a nice video out of it.

Something definitely sounds fishy. Shouldn't they have called you right away when they realized there was no footage? And why wouldn't he have brought extra equipment or checked that he was getting good stuff during the wedding/reception? I'm so sorry - this is terrible!!

i agree as well that something DOES sound fishy! Wouldnt they have notified you immediately...this is just a very strange and devastating situation!! wow im so sorry I also dont understand why when they realized that the wedding wasnt recording, didnt they send someout for equipment?
